Programming:
There are 9 Banks with 20 Channels each. Pressing Bank # selects or
deselects the bank during scanning.
Steps to program a channel:
1.) MANUAL - CHAN#                      ;Repeat MANUAL to move through channels.
2.) PROG - Enter Freq. - ENTER      ;0 - ENTER to clear.
3.) MANUAL - MANUAL - PROG      ;Ready to enter next channel frequency.
